At the present time, we are looking for a talented Sales Professional to help market the local community.
The Sales Executive / Community Relations Director will ideally have sales or business development experience in an assisted living, healthcare, hospitality or similar environment. The talented sales professional placed in this role should possess excellent knowledge of the industry and be able to market our extraordinary assisted living residences to the surrounding community. This position will require both inside sales and outreach to the community to generate leads and new business referral sources.

  •   Initiating sale, marketing and prospecting calls.  Initiating sale, marketing and prospecting calls.
  • Taking prospective Residents and/or families on a tour of the facility.
  • Maintaining an active database of referral sources and sales leads
  • Liaising and networking between the Bristal and the surrounding community to generate new business referral sources.
  • Handling both incoming as well as initiating a high volume of outbound calls to maintain regular contact and follow up with referral sources
  • Outreach will include doctors, elder law attorneys, hospitals, rehabs, and the like.
  • Creating and/or Hosting Marketing/Sales events.
  • Aligning with local senior associations and local community organizations; attending networking events as needed to generate viable referral sources and new business leads
  • Maintaining weekly statistics
  • Willingness to help out in other areas as needed to ensure the smooth operations of an assisted living community
  • Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Sales or business development experience in an assisted living, healthcare, hospitality or similar environment preferred
  • A proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Must have the ability to “close" the deal.
  • Top notch prospecting, networking, relationship building and new business development skills
  • Ability to sell in a consultative manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills, possessing the ability to communicate with and relate to people of varying age groups and backgrounds
  • Professional image and an eye for excellence in detail
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.
  • Ability to relate well to the senior population.
  • Great organizational skills with the ability to concentrate on many tasks at once.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be a Notary Public or commitment to obtain license within 6 months of hire.
  • Patience, perseverance and follow-through
  • Ability to work one weekend day a week- preferably a Tuesday through Sunday schedule
Compensation includes a base salary, bonus structure based on sales objectives and a comprehensive benefits package to include: Medical, Dental, 401K, Bonuses and more.
